Barista

We are looking for a friendly energetic and customer-focused Barista to join our food and beverage team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages taking customer orders maintaining cleanliness and delivering excellent customer service.

• Prepare and serve coffee tea and other hot and cold beverages according to company standards.
  
• Operate espresso machines coffee grinders and other beverage preparation equipment.
  
• Prepare espresso-based drinks such as cappuccino latte americano and macchiato.
  
• Take customer orders and process payments accurately.
  
• Welcome customers and provide friendly professional service.
  
• Explain menu items and recommend beverages based on customer preferences.
  
• Maintain consistency in beverage quality presentation and portion sizes.
  
• Keep the coffee station counters and equipment clean and organized.
  
• Monitor coffee beans milk syrups cups and other supplies.
  
• Check stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.
  
• Follow food safety hygiene and sanitation procedures.
  
• Handle customer feedback and resolve basic service issues professionally.
  
• Assist with opening and closing duties and daily café operations.
  

• High school diploma or equivalent is preferred.
  
• Previous experience as a Barista or in a café restaurant or hospitality environment is an advantage.
  
• Freshers with a positive attitude and willingness to learn may also apply.
  
• Basic knowledge of coffee preparation and espresso-based beverages.
  
• Ability to operate coffee machines and beverage preparation equipment; training may be provided.
  
• Good communication and customer service skills in English.
  
• Friendly polite and customer-oriented personality.
  
• Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
  
• Understanding of food hygiene and workplace cleanliness.
  
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Good teamwork and time-management skills.
  
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain beverage quality.
  
• Willingness to work flexible shifts including weekends and public holidays according to the work schedule.
  
• Ability to work on-site in Dubai UAE.
