Answer, record, and process all guestrequests, questions, or concerns via telephone, email, chat, andmobile communication devices. Operate telephoneswitchboard, process guest requests for wake-up calls, andconnecting and directing calls to the appropriateextension. Receive, record, and relay messagesaccurately. Log all guest requests or issues into computer, contactappropriate individual or department (e.g., Bellperson,Housekeeping), and follow up with guest to ensure their request hasbeen resolved to their satisfaction. Provideinformation to guests about room features, property amenities, andlocal areas of interest. May process room serviceorders, answer questions on menu selection and record transactionsin point-of-sale system. Assist guests with accessing internet andguestroom entertainment.
