- Advise on day-to-day employment matters including recruiting, grievance and disciplinary issues, misconduct, performance management, anti-harassment and discrimination, sickness absence, dismissals, non-competes and compensation and benefits.
- Draft and update employee-related templates including employment contracts, settlement agreements, policies and handbooks.
- Advise the Employee Relations team on investigations related to employee complaints and workplace concerns.
