We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Assistant Warehouse and Operations Manager to join our dynamic team.

Job Overview:

The Assistant Warehouse and Operations Manager will be responsible for assisting the Warehouse and Operations Manager in overseeing the daily operations of our warehouse and distribution center. This role requires a handson approach and strong leadership skills to ensure smooth and efficient operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in managing the daytoday operations of the warehouse including receiving storing and shipping of products.
Collaborate with the Warehouse and Operations Manager to develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock management.
Oversee the picking and packing process to ensure timely and accurate order fulfillment.
Train and supervise warehouse staff ensuring high levels of productivity and motivation.
Maintain a safe and organized warehouse environment adhering to health and safety standards.
Work closely with the sales and customer service teams to fulfill orders and resolve any issues.
Utilize warehouse management systems to track inventory and monitor warehouse performance.
Assist in conducting regular inventory audits and implementing corrective actions as needed.
Prepare and present reports on warehouse operations to senior management.
Manage logistics and distribution of products to various customers
Manage team schedules

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in Business Administration Logistics or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or operations management role.
Proven experience in inventory management order fulfillment and warehouse operations.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to train motivate and manage a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Proficient in using warehouse management systems and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge of health and safety regulations in a warehouse setting.
Valid Qatar drivers license.
