Assistant Project Manager (Urbanism + Planning)

We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Assistant Project Manager to join our urbanism and planning team in Dubai United Arab this pre-contract phase role you will provide critical support to senior project managers while managing documentation coordinating stakeholders and ensuring compliance with planning regulations. 

Responsibilities:

• Assist senior project managers in coordinating all pre-contract phase activities including feasibility studies site analysis and preliminary planning assessments
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation including meeting minutes progress reports and compliance checklists
• Analyze urban planning requirements and zoning regulations to ensure project alignment with local and emirate-level guidelines
• Coordinate communication between internal teams clients consultants and government authorities to facilitate smooth project progression
• Support the development of project timelines budgets and resource allocation plans for pre-contract deliverables
• Organize and track vendor and consultant submissions ensuring timely delivery and quality standards
• Conduct research on market conditions comparable projects and planning precedents to inform project strategy
• Maintain organized filing systems and databases for project records contracts and correspondence
• Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for client meetings and stakeholder reviews
• Monitor project milestones and flag potential risks or delays to senior management
• Support contract preparation activities by gathering required documentation and coordinating with legal and procurement teams

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in project coordination or project management support roles preferably in urbanism planning or real estate development
• Strong knowledge of urban planning principles zoning regulations and development processes
• Proficiency with project management software and tools 
• Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong analytical abilities to interpret planning documents feasibility studies and regulatory requirements
