Preparing requests for various occasions and events, collecting them and distributing them on time.
Preparing all types of documents such as proposals, contracts, and all forms shared between departments.
Distributing daily event reports to ensure good communication with all departments in the hotel.
Respond to all inquiries and questions related to catering and refer them to the sales manager to deal with them directly.
Monitor all correspondence to ensure that it follows hotel policy and procedures.
