Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales and marketing activities for Crop Protection & Fertilizer products at the provincial level.
- Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand market share.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders.
- Provide guidance and support to the sales team, ensuring effective performance and productivity.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement marketing campaigns and promotional activities to drive product awareness and demand.
