ARCHITECTURAL BIM MODELER

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain detailed 3D architectural BIM models using Autodesk Revit and other relevant software.
• Collaborate with architects designers engineers and other team members to integrate design concepts into the BIM model.
• Coordinate and manage model updates revisions and design changes throughout the project lifecycle.
• Assist in the creation of construction documents including plans elevations sections and details.
• Ensure accuracy and quality control of BIM models by adhering to project standards best practices and client requirements.
• Participate in clash detection and resolve any conflicts or issues related to the BIM model.
• Generate 3D renderings and visualizations for presentations and client reviews.
• Assist in the development of BIM-related processes and workflows to improve efficiency and collaboration.
• Maintain and update project documentation ensuring compliance with applicable codes and standards.
  

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of experience as a BIM Modeler with a strong focus on architecture.
  
• Must have work experience from design consulting companies in the GCC ideally from UAE.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit and other BIM software (Navisworks AutoCAD etc.).
• Strong understanding of architectural design building systems and construction processes.
• Experience working with project teams to develop and manage BIM models from schematic design through construction.
• Familiarity with BIM standards guidelines and project workflows.
• Strong attention to detail problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
