- Serve as the primary point of contact for technical support and issue resolution related to the DMS application used in automotive dealerships.
- Collaborate with dealership personnel to understand their requirements, troubleshoot system issues, and provide effective solutions.
- Conduct system analysis and diagnosis to identify root causes of technical issues and implement appropriate resolutions.
- Assist in the configuration, customization, and integration of the DMS application to align with dealership processes and workflows.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and system administrators, to implement system enhancements and upgrades.
- Provide training and guidance to dealership staff on using the DMS application effectively and efficiently.
- Monitor system performance, identify potential bottlenecks, and implement proactive measures to optimize system efficiency.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in the automotive DMS space, and make recommendations for system improvements.
- Ensure compliance with security and data privacy policies and regulations related to the DMS application.
- Participate in testing activities, including system integration testing and user acceptance testing, to ensure successful deployment of system changes and upgrades.
