- Creating and maintaining user manual
- Onboarding of New Users (Supporting Application Training)
- Working with Cross-Functional Teams
- Interaction with Business on related Application Domain
- Document and communicate assigned work and progress to immediate project team, and management.
- Support the organizations project management policy, practice and methodology
- Analyze and resolve complex or multiple problems
- Research and recommend alternative actions for problem resolution
- Employ productivity aids in all aspects of assignments
- Facilitate or complete analysis, design and configuration of viable solutions to high complex technology problems that would improve data center and support activities
