Job Summary
A leading fertility and reproductive medicine center in Dubai is seeking an experienced Andrologist to support its male fertility and assisted reproductive technology services. The successful candidate will be responsible for the assessment and processing of male reproductive specimens and will work closely with reproductive medicine physicians and embryologists.
- Perform semen analysis and assessment according to established standards.
- Evaluate sperm concentration motility and morphology.
- Perform sperm preparation for IUI IVF and ICSI.
- Process and prepare semen samples for assisted reproductive procedures.
- Perform sperm washing and preparation techniques.
- Support sperm cryopreservation and thawing.
- Assist with management of difficult or abnormal semen samples.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records and specimen traceability.
- Follow laboratory quality-control and safety procedures.
- Support fertility physicians and embryologists in the management of male-factor infertility.
- Maintain appropriate documentation and confidentiality.
- Participate in quality improvement and laboratory development activities
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Andrology Reproductive Biology Biomedical Science Clinical Laboratory Science or a related discipline.
- Relevant professional training in Andrology and/or reproductive laboratory science.
- Practical experience in a fertility/IVF laboratory.
- Strong experience in semen analysis and sperm preparation.
- Knowledge of sperm cryopreservation and ART procedures.
- Good understanding of male infertility and reproductive laboratory processes.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory quality and patient safety.

Required Skills:
Requirements Bachelors or Masters degree in Andrology Reproductive Biology Biomedical Science Clinical Laboratory Science or a related discipline. Relevant professional training in Andrology and/or reproductive laboratory science. Practical experience in a fertility/IVF laboratory. Strong experience in semen analysis and sperm preparation. Knowledge of sperm cryopreservation and ART procedures. Good understanding of male infertility and reproductive laboratory processes. Strong attention to detail and commitment to laboratory quality and patient safety.
