As an Android Software Engineer at Drjob, you will play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and maintaining cutting-edge Android applications that redefine user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement advanced applications for the Android platform.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.

- Troubleshoot and optimize application performance to ensure seamless user experience.

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to propose innovative solutions.

- Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

- Develop and maintain high-quality code following best practices.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.

- 3-7 years of hands-on experience in Android app development.

- Proficiency in Java, Kotlin, or other relevant programming languages.

- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.

- Experience with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

- Familiarity with cloud message APIs and push notifications.

- Solid understanding of the full mobile development life cycle.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and a detail-oriented mindset.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience with Agile development methodologies.

- Published Android apps in the Google Play Store.

- Familiarity with UI/UX design principles.
