What you will do

  • Managing databases

  • Preparing documents, letters, contracts, presentations, and reports

  • Preparing comparative market analysis for listings

  • Screening phone calls, inquiries, and requests, and handling them when appropriate

  • Input all client information into client database system

  • Submit all necessary documentation to office broker for file compliance

  • Dealing with incoming email, faxes, and posts

  • Organizing agenda meetings

  • Arranging appointments

  • Record-keeping


Must haves

  • Strong communications skills or marketing/business background

  • Someone who can help with light marketing responsibilities, but with guidance. For example: Write blogs, maintain our SM accounts, Review website, Consolidate banking transactions, assist with rental repair coordination with REO property tasks

  • Upper Intermediate English level

  • Advanced PC user

  • Ability to find information in open recourses

  • Positive thinking and good customer service.
