AfterSales Service Coordinator – Automotive Showroom

As the UAEs leading used car showroom we are recognized for our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction. With our ongoing expansion we are looking for a dedicated After-sales Coordinator to join our team. This role is ideal for individuals who excel in customer service and have a strong background in automotive aftersales support.

• Coordinate aftersales support for customers ensuring their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.

• Manage customer inquiries related to warranties repairs and maintenance services.

• Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction.

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and aftersales services using our internal software.

• Collaborate with the service team to ensure timely completion of customer requests.

• Resolve customer complaints or escalate them to management as needed.
  

Previous experience in After-sales coordination within the automotive industry.
Strong customer service skills with the ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
Proficiency in using computers and experience with CRM systems.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
A proactive and solution-oriented approach to customer service.

• Competitive Salary: 6000 plus commissions
