- administraci německých servisních smluv pro Smart Infrastructure s různou úrovní komplexnosti včetně jejich zpracování v SAP – zakládání nových smluv, úprava informací o zákaznících, fakturace, atd.
- řešení klientských požadavků týkajících se smluv a faktur
- podpoře a poradenství na základě poskytnutých informací klientem
- vyřizování příchozích e-mailů a telefonních hovorů v německém jazyce
- aktualizaci dat v systému SAP
- podávání návrhů na optimalizaci procesů
- účast na týmových poradách
