ADMS Solution Architect
Job Summary
Key Responsibilities
- Contribute to the implementation of MES solutions utilizing the Software Suite. Own technical deliverables during the entire lifecycle of the projects.
- Engage throughout the full lifecycle of assigned projects participating in decisions on architecture design and functionality to keep programs on track in terms of budget time and customer expectations.
- Work closely with the client to understand their needs and develop strategies tailored to their organization through site assessments. Also make standard recommendations on workflow application interface reports testing and uploads to customers through the implementation process. Is responsible for go-live readiness and support as well as post-live checkups and will be required to work collaboratively with internal team members and clients to ensure customer satisfaction
- Includes direct people management responsibility including staffing and performance development. Utilizes in-depth knowledge of a technical discipline and analytical thinking and technical experience to execute policy/strategy.
- Has knowledge of best practices and how own area integrates with others; is aware of the competition and the factors that differentiate them in the market
- Uses some judgment and has some ability to propose different solutions outside of set parameters to address more complicated manufacturing processes with technical variety and/or interdependent production cycles. Uses technical experience and analytical thinking. Uses multiple internal and limited external sources outside of own teams to arrive at decisions.
- Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. May lead small projects with low risks and resource requirements. Explains information; developing skills to bring team members to consensus around topics within field. Conveys performance expectations and may handle sensitive issues.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors degree from an accredited university or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of experience in grid software distribution delivery
Experience with Grid Software SCADA EMS ADMS DMS or Digital Utility solutions
Good technical knowledge of Power System Protection and Automation systems
Track record of on-time successful deliveries across the GEV customer base
Strong communication skills in English both written and verbal
This role requires travels around 20% within and outside of the region
