Administration Logistics Assistant

Description –Key Roles & Responsibilities• Handle incoming post and messages, filter emails and, where necessary, respond to these or drafts responses ready for review tailoring these to suit the audience;• Assist the E&C department staff in handling of duties, serving as an informational resource for the department with regards to administrative inquiries or problems;• Assist the E&C department with visitors enquiries;• Assist department on his administrative needs and documents;• To actively recruit crews from the international market place in order to meet crewing requirements for all contracts via Direct contacts, agencies, job boards, internet and other means• Be first point of contact for potential employees, vet and authenticate resumes and qualification/certifications with issuing bodies and provision of information for recruitment agencies, potential and existing employees including assisting with external enquiries• Conduct one on one interview in English with candidates...
