Accounts Payable Officer

Dreamcom, a leading manufacturing company based in Abu Dhabi, UAE, is seeking an Accounts Payable Officer to join our dynamic team. As an Accounts Payable Officer at Dreamcom, you will play a pivotal role in managing the company's financial obligations and ensuring timely payments.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process a high volume of vendor invoices accurately and efficiently

- Reconcile accounts payable transactions and ensure accuracy

- Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and resolve any discrepancies

- Prepare and process electronic transfers and payments

- Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable

- Maintain vendor relationships and address inquiries or issues promptly

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

- 3-5 years of experience in accounts payable or relevant financial roles

- Proficient in accounting software and Microsoft Excel

- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

- Strong written and verbal communication skills

- Knowledge of UAE VAT regulations is a plus
