Qualifications • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting or Finance • Proven experience as an Accountant or in a similar role • Excellent knowledge of accounting principles and practices • Familiarity with financial software and experience with MS Excel (experience with YardiOne software will add advantage). • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills • Ability to work independently and with a team. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Attention to detail and accuracy. • Professional certification (e.g., ACCA, CPA) is a plus. • Experience in the real estate industry is a plus
