Purpose of Role:This role sits at the heart of ESCOs commercial operations in the Middle East and South Asia. You will be the central point of coordination across sales administration logistics and customer support ensuring smooth daytoday operations. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a regional standalone role with real ownership and visibility supporting a growing business in a dynamic international environment.

Key Responsibilities:
Act as the primary interface for customers supporting order processing product availability pricing queries and shipment updates
Coordinate inbound and outbound logistics with 3PL providers and/or warehouse partners
Support sales operations including invoicing documentation and liaison with accounting teams
Manage inventory levels in collaboration with sales teams and regional supply chain
Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviours in support of our drive towards developing a worldclass safety culture
Job Knowledge / Education and Qualifications
Experience in sales administration logistics supply chain or customer service support
Fluent English communication skills
Strong organisational and timemanagement skills
Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems (SAP preferred)
Must be permanently authorised to work in the country to which you are applying without sponsorship.
