Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a compassionate and skilled DOH licensed Registered Nurse to join our Homecare this role you will provide personalized nursing care in patients homes ensuring their comfort safety and well-being. You will play a vital role in supporting patients with chronic illnesses post-surgical care and other medical needs in a home environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in their homes including medication administration wound care and monitoring vital signs
- Assess patient conditions and develop individualized care plans in coordination with healthcare providers
- Educate patients and their families on disease management medication adherence and health maintenance
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records and documentation
- Ensure adherence to infection control and safety protocols in the homecare setting
- Communicate effectively with patients families and the multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients and their families
Requirements
- Valid DOH (Dubai Health Authority) license as a Registered Nurse is a must
- Bachelors degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Experience in homecare nursing or community health nursing preferred
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication interpersonal and patient education skills
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Compassionate with a patient-centered approach to care
- Proficient in documentation and healthcare software
- Valid BLS (Basic Life Support) certification
