Role Summary/Purpose:
The Early Career Program is 24 month program that offers an incredible opportunity to challenge yourself and gain valuable work experience. A Long-Term Internship at GE Aerospace is demanding but equally rewarding and will give you the tools you need to accelerate your career. As an Early Career Trainee (ECT) at GE Aerospace you will gain hands on experience across the most important elements of Aviation Operations including Sales and Marketing Customer Support Engineering and Maintenance and Repair Operations

As an ECT Trainee at GE Aerospace you will be assigned to support projects across the different functions on a rotational basis. As the traineeship progresses the you will be expected to accept greater responsibilities until you are able to assume a lead role in a specific customer engagement later in the program to be chosen based on business priorities at the time.
Qualifications/Requirements:
- Bachelors degree from an accredited university preferably in Engineering
- Recent Graduate or graduate with less than 1 year of experience and passionate about Aviation Industry
Desired Characteristics:
- Stronganalytical skills comfortable working with quantitative data from multiple sources.
- Highattention to detailand accuracy in analysis and slide preparation.
- Effectivecommunication skills able to simplify complex data and craft clear concise messages.
- Demonstrated ability towork independentlyand reliably deliver on commitments.
- Knowledge of and/or passion for aviationand interest in the airline and aircraft leasing industry are strong pluses.
- Passion for learning; ability to self-teach and enquire
- Curiosity learning mindset and willingness to build understanding of aircraft lessors business models and priorities.
- Strong computer skills with proficiency in Microsoft Applications (PowerPoint Word Excel)
- Strong interpersonal skills - Ability to work across culture diversity and manage conflict effectively
