Job Summary
Dr Job FZ LLC, a leading software development company in Dubai, UAE, is seeking an HR Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As an HR Operations Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR functions with a focus on operational efficiency and employee satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the end-to-end employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Oversee payroll administration and ensure accurate and timely processing.
- Coordinate performance evaluation processes and provide support for performance management initiatives.
- Develop and implement HR policies and procedures in compliance with labor laws.
- Handle employee queries and concerns regarding HR policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive HR projects and initiatives forward.
Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR operations.
- Proficient in HRIS and MS Office applications.
- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and work with a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP or PHR).
- Experience working in the software development industry.
