KITCHEN EQUIPMENT TECHNICIAN
Job Summary
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Preventative Maintenance & Inspection: Perform regular checks, cleaning, lubrication, and adjustments on kitchen and refrigeration equipment to prevent breakdowns.
- Troubleshooting & Repair: Diagnose and repair malfunctioning equipment (refrigeration, gas, steam, electric) to minimize downtime.
- Installation & Testing: Install new kitchen appliances and calibrate them to meet manufacturer specifications.
- System Optimization: Ensure optimal efficiency of equipment, focusing on energy savings and water conservation.
- Documentation & Reporting: Keep detailed records of repairs, maintenance tasks, and inventory usage.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure all equipment operates within safety standards, adhering to food service and health regulations.
Required Qualifications:
- Language: English (Speaking & Reading)
- Age should be above 25 year and below 40 years old.
- All the candidates should have experience in the same field.
- Candidates should be medically & physically fit for the work.
