Job Title: Cleaner (Facility Management)

Location: Dubai UAE

(Assignments across residential malls commercial buildings banks and offices)

Department: Operations / Facility Management

Job Summary:

The Cleaner is responsible for maintaining high standards of cleanliness hygiene and sanitation across assigned facilities in Dubai. The role ensures a safe clean and professional environment in compliance with UAE health and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping mopping vacuuming and dusting
• Clean and disinfect restrooms wash areas and high-touch surfaces
• Maintain cleanliness of lobbies offices corridors elevators and common areas
• Empty waste bins and ensure proper waste segregation and disposal
• Refill consumables such as soap tissue and sanitizers
• Clean glass panels windows and mirrors
• Operate cleaning equipment safely (e.g. vacuum scrubbers polishers)
• Report damages maintenance issues or safety hazards to the supervisor
• Follow site-specific cleaning schedules and checklists
• Comply with UAE hygiene safety and environmental standards
• Support periodic deep cleaning and special cleaning projects

Work Environment:

• Residential towers and apartments
• Shopping malls and retail outlets
• Commercial offices and business centers
• Banks and financial institutions
• Public and high-traffic areas

Qualifications:

• High school level or equivalent preferred
• Previous cleaning or housekeeping experience (UAE experience is an advantage)
• Familiarity with cleaning chemicals and equipment
• Physically fit and able to stand for long hours
• Willing to work shifts weekends and public holidays

Skills & Competencies:

• Attention to detail
• Time management and efficiency
• Reliability and punctuality
• Basic communication skills (English; Arabic is a plus)
• Teamwork and discipline

• Good personal hygiene and grooming standards
• Ability to work in different locations across Dubai
• Honest responsible and hardworking
• Knowledge of basic safety procedures
• Not more than 45 years old
