You will be responsible for developing and delivering the regional sales and business development strategy driving revenue and EBITDA growth and leading a high-performing sales organization across the Middle East.

What youll do as Head of Sales Middle East:
Develop and execute strategic sales plans aligned with regional business goals driving revenue and market share growth.
Lead structure and optimize sales teams fostering collaboration with relevant stakeholders to deliver unified customer engagement.
Implement and continuously improve sales processes using data and Aggreko opportunity screening criteria to ensure consistently high performance allocating sales resources to the best opportunities.
Drive talent acquisition development and retention to build a high-performing motivated sales organization.
Oversee CRM and sales enablement technology adoption including AI to enhance productivity and data-driven decision-making.
You are:
10 years of experience in Sales/Business Management with proven Middle East market experience
Experience with Disciplined Sales Execution methodologies in engineered energy and temperature control solutions
Proven senior sales leader with experience building and leading high-performing sales teams in complex solution-based environments.
Strong commercial and financial acumen with the ability to develop compelling business cases and growth strategies.
Demonstrated success growing revenue within existing strategic accounts and developing new markets.
Experience engaging senior executives C-level stakeholders and government or regulatory bodies.
Entrepreneurial mindset with experience operating in fast-paced dynamic business environments.
Strong leadership presence with the ability to drive performance accountability and continuous improvement.
