Job Summary
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Service Supervision: Overseeing service in a designated section to ensure efficiency, quality, and smooth operations.
- Team Leadership: Mentoring, training, scheduling, and conducting briefings for waitstaff to ensure high standards.
- Guest Experience: Welcoming guests, guiding them to tables, managing reservations, and handling complaints with professionalism.
- Order Management: Taking complex orders, ensuring accuracy, and communicating effectively with the kitchen staff.
- Restaurant Setup: Ensuring the dining area is impeccably clean, properly set up, and ready for service.
- Menu Knowledge & Sales: Maintaining in-depth knowledge of food and beverages to provide recommendations and support upselling.
Required Qualifications:
- Language: English (Speaking & Reading)
- Age should be above 25 year and below 40 years old.
- All the candidates should have experience in the same field.
- Candidates should be medically & physically fit for the work.
