Prompt Engineer

Acme Corp 12, a leading Software Development company based in Dubai, UAE, is seeking a dedicated Prompt Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Prompt Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the efficiency and effectiveness of our prompt responses to system issues and user queries.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement prompt handling procedures to address system glitches promptly.

- Investigate and troubleshoot technical issues reported by users in a timely manner.

- Collaborate with the IT team to improve system responsiveness and resolve any emerging problems.

- Document all prompt-related activities, including resolutions and escalation processes.

- Conduct regular system audits to ensure prompt functionality, identifying areas for enhancement.

- Provide technical support to users on prompt-related queries and concerns.

Requirements & Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.

- Proven experience in a similar role within the software development industry.

- Solid understanding of prompt management tools and techniques.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex technical issues efficiently.

- Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with users and team members.

- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Proficiency in English, Arabic, and Hindi languages for effective communication with multilingual users.

- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
