Job Summary
Job Title: Primary Teacher
Location: Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates (Private School)
Start Date: August 2025
Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Primary Teacher to join our this role you will be responsible for delivering highquality education to primary school students fostering a stimulating and engaging learning environment. If you are passionate about education possess a calm and positive demeanor and enjoy working with young learners we would like to meet experience is preferable.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare classroom and course materials to facilitate effective instruction for primary school students.
- Assign homework and exams and grade students' assessments to monitor progress and comprehension.
- Develop individualized educational plans for students with special requirements such as learning disabilities to ensure inclusive learning experiences.
- Stay updated on new teaching methods and implement researchbased strategies in the classroom.
- Create a supportive and positive classroom environment conducive to learning and student engagement.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance and grades for reporting purposes.
- Handle classroom crises effectively and with composure ensuring the safety and wellbeing of all students.
- Inform parents about student progress and collaborate with them and other educational staff to support student learning and development.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years’ teaching experience within the UK National Curriculum.
- Employment stability is required.
- Native English speaker.
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree in Early Childhood Education or Primary Education or a Bachelor’s Degree in Education or another relevant subject along with a valid teaching license or a recognized teaching qualification (such as a Postgraduate Certificate in Education PGCE) is essential.
