Job Summary

  • Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage regulatory programs and stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of conformity assessment workflows trade compliance and documentation requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and digital portals; excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to meet tight deadlines while ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Knowledge of trade compliance documentation workflows and regulatory standards
  • Ability to work under pressure ensuring accuracy and timeliness in deliverables.
  • Working knowledge of regulatory programs with high attention to detail under tight deadlines.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills to navigate complex regulatory framework situations
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate effectively between internal stakeholders suppliers and e-commerce platforms

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in engineering (Mechanical Electrical Chemical Electronics etc) Bachelors / masters degree in business administration Management International Trade Supply Chain or related field.
  • Strong working knowledge of regulatory and conformity assessment programs.
  • 24 years experience in business coordination trade compliance or regulatory services.
  • Proven track record in managing workflows client communication and regulatory documentation.
  • Hands-on experience handling compliance for multiple product categories (e.g. Cosmetics Electronics Softlines Toys or Hardlines).
  • Deep understanding of international standards (ISO/IEC) regulatory framework standards and certification schemes.
  • Prior experience working directly with E-commerce regulators or marketplaces (e.g. Amazon Noon) is a significant plus.
  • Proven track record in verifying test reports technical files and Certificates of Conformity (CoC).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and compliance portals; excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
