Job Summary
Site Supervision: Oversee the installation and maintenance of mechanical systems including HVAC plumbing and other mechanical equipment.
Quality Control: Ensure that all mechanical work meets the required standards and specifications.
Coordination: Work closely with contractors engineers and other professionals to resolve any mechanical issues that arise during construction.
Compliance: Ensure all mechanical installations comply with local building codes safety regulations and environmental guidelines.
Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any mechanical issues or conflicts on-site making necessary adjustments to plans.
Reporting: Prepare and present progress reports to clients and stakeholders highlighting any deviations from the plan and proposed solutions.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of site activities including daily logs inspection reports and change orders.
Client Interaction: Liaise with clients to understand their needs and ensure their satisfaction with the mechanical aspects of the project.
