The ideal candidate will be proactive adaptable and possess strong interpersonal skills to effectively manage various tasks and responsibilities. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to work closely with a prominent family providing both administrative and personal support.
Responsibilities
- Manage the familys calendar including scheduling appointments events and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate household staff and communicate daily schedules and tasks.
- Assist with personal shopping errands and general household management.
- Plan and organize events gatherings and special occasions as needed.
- Handle correspondence and communication on behalf of the family.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Oversee the maintenance of the household and ensure that all services are performed to a high standard.
- Provide support with travel logistics including itineraries and accommodations.
- Be flexible and available for after-hours requests and needs.
Requirements - Proven experience as a personal assistant or in a similar support role preferably for high-net-worth individuals or VIP families.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with individuals at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable with technology and various communication platforms.
- Ability to maintain discretion and confidentiality at all times.
- Detail-oriented proactive and capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work outside regular hours and travel when necessary.
- Experience in event planning or coordinating logistics is a plus.
- A positive service-oriented attitude and a willingness to help.
- Bachelors degree or relevant certification in office administration or personal assistance preferred.
- Must be available to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
