Hybrid: This role is categorized as hybrid. This means the successful candidate is expected to report to the office three times per week or other frequency dictated by the business.
As a Dealer Performance Programs and Projects Management Intern you will support the planning coordination and tracking of dealer incentive and performance programs within a global automotive organization. You will work closely with the team to monitor timelines budgets and deliverables ensuring that programs are executed smoothly and efficiently. This internship offers hands-on exposure to program management data tracking and stakeholder communication across multiple functions. You will have the opportunity to contribute to initiatives that directly impact dealer performance and customer experience.
- Monitor dealer performance and incentive programs against defined timelines and budgets
- Maintain accurate records of program milestones deliverables and financial status
- Collaborate with colleagues across departments to ensure alignment and timely execution
- Schedule and manage touchpoints with stakeholders to review progress and address issues
- Identify potential roadblocks or delays and escalate them to the appropriate team for resolution
- Support preparation of status reports dashboards trackers and recommendations for management review
- Ensure all program documentation and reporting are up to date and accessible for stakeholders
- Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Proficiency in MS Excel PowerPoint and other reporting tools
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving

- Prior exposure to program management project coordination or incentive programs
- Experience working with data analysis or reporting tools to support business decisions
- Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams or external stakeholders
- Demonstrated interest in the automotive industry dealer operations or commercial performance
- Ability to translate data and program updates into clear structured summaries and presentations
