Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and deliver large-scale EPC projects within the Oil & Gas sector. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience managing complex engineering and construction projects with strong exposure to ADNOC and UAE-based EPC environments.
This role is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle ensuring delivery within approved scope budget schedule and quality standards while maintaining strict compliance with safety and contractual requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the complete EPC project lifecycle from initiation to handover
Control project scope schedule cost and resource allocation
Coordinate cross-functional engineering procurement and construction teams
Serve as the primary point of contact between clients consultants subcontractors and internal stakeholders
Ensure compliance with HSE ADNOC and contractual standards
Review engineering deliverables construction progress and procurement activities
Identify risks implement mitigation strategies and resolve technical challenges
Prepare and present detailed progress and performance reports to senior management
Oversee subcontracting procurement and documentation control processes
Ensure successful project close-out and client handover
Requirements
Bachelors Degree in Engineering (mandatory)
Minimum 15 years of total experience including 8 years in Oil & Gas
At least 5 years as Project Manager on EPC projects
ADNOC project experience preferred
Proven track record managing large-scale EPC projects for reputable clients
Strong leadership stakeholder management and commercial awareness
