Job Summary
Main Responsibilities
Greet customers warmly and escort them to their tables.
Present menus take accurate food and beverage orders and serve items promptly.
Ensure food is served according to restaurant standards for presentation and quality.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area including tables chairs and service stations.
Coordinate with kitchen staff and ensure timely delivery of orders.
Provide recommendations to guests when required and answer queries about menu items.
Process bills handle payments and ensure accurate cash transactions.
Follow hygiene safety and sanitation guidelines at all times.
Manage multiple tables and maintain excellent customer service during peak hours.
Handle customer feedback or complaints professionally and escalate when necessary.
Essential Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Waiter/Service Staff in a restaurant or hotel (freshers may be considered based on attitude and grooming).
High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
Basic understanding of food and beverage service standards.
Skills Required
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant well-groomed and customer-friendly personality.
Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
Good understanding of serving etiquette and dining protocols.
Team player with a positive attitude.
Basic knowledge of POS systems is an advantage.
