Job Summary
As a Technical Engineer you will play a key role in delivering exceptional technical support and project execution across multiple service levels. Youll be responsible for resolving complex system issues guiding customers through technical challenges and ensuring operational excellence in both support and project environments. Acting as a bridge between frontline support advanced troubleshooting and project implementation youll contribute to improving service quality system reliability and technical knowledge across the team.
What You Will Do
- Provide multi-level technical support (L1L3) to customers including troubleshooting incident management and system configuration across servers and networks.
- Maintain knowledgebases at each support level and ensure clear documentation of issues fixes and escalations.
- Handle critical incidents (P1/P2) to meet SLA targets and coordinate with vendors or product specialists for advanced resolutions.
- Act as technical lead on projects defining requirements estimating effort and ensuring high-quality timely delivery.
- Identify technical risks early propose solutions and ensure effective knowledge transfer to support teams post-deployment.
- Mentor and guide junior engineers promoting skill development and service excellence.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues across multiple layers (L1L3).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to provide clear guidance and maintain positive customer interactions.
- Solid understanding of system infrastructure networking and server configurations.
