Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily operations of the all-day dining outlet.
- Ensure service standards are consistently followed during breakfast lunch and dinner.
- Support the Outlet Manager in staff scheduling briefing and on-the-job training.
- Monitor guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally and promptly.
- Ensure proper table setup cleanliness and outlet presentation at all times.
- Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth service flow.
- Assist in inventory control stock requisitions and cost control measures.
- Ensure compliance with hygiene safety and hotel policies.
- Lead by example with professional appearance and guest-focused behavior.
- Prepare reports and assist with administrative duties as required.
- Support upselling initiatives and promotional activities.
Qualifications :
- Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field preferred.
- Minimum 23 years of experience in food & beverage service with supervisory experience in an all-day dining restaurant.
- Strong leadership communication and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage service standards.
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in POS systems and basic computer skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts weekends and public holidays.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
- Ability to assist with service setup and breakdown when required.
