Job Summary
- Prepare detailed architectural civil structural or MEP (Mechanical Electrical Plumbing) drawings based on rough sketches specifications and calculations from engineers or architects.
- Use CAD software (AutoCAD Revit etc.) to create 2D and 3D drawings.
- Revise drawings as per feedback from engineers site team or consultants.
- Ensure that all drawings comply with the relevant codes standards and company guidelines.
- Maintain a well-organized library of updated drawings and documentation.
- Coordinate with site engineers project teams and contractors for updates and changes.
- Assist in quantity take-off and estimation based on approved drawings.
- Perform site visits when required to collect data or verify existing conditions.
