We are seeking highly presentable customer-focused Receptionists to join our team immediately. The Receptionists will be the first point of contact for members and guests and play a critical role in delivering a premium front-of-house experience. This role requires excellent interpersonal skills a positive attitude and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a polished and welcoming presence.
Front Desk & Guest Experience
Serve as the first point of contact welcoming members and guests with a warm professional and energetic demeanor aligned with the brand.
Create a consistently exceptional guest experience from arrival to departure.
Operations & Administration
Manage front desk operations including bookings check-ins and general inquiries.
Handle multi-line phone calls emails and in-person requests efficiently and courteously.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth daily operations.
Member Support
Assist members with inquiries schedules and general support needs.
Address concerns promptly and escalate issues appropriately when required.
Environment & Presentation
Maintain a pristine organized and visually appealing reception and common area.
Uphold brand standards in personal grooming conduct and workspace presentation.
Additional Duties
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by management to support business needs.
British nationality (mandatory)
Proven experience in a receptionist front-of-house hospitality or customer service role
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Highly presentable with a professional appearance
Strong interpersonal skills and a customer-first mindset
Ability to multitask and remain composed under pressure
