Description

JOB SUMMARY

  • Coordinate departments (e.g. administrative operating sales and engineering services) directly affecting residents and serve as their liaison with homeowners and residents. Maintain a close relationship with the Residences Manager and associated departments working with all levels of the operation to ensure all aspects of owners experience meets standards.
  • Represent the General Manager with the residents. Maintain knowledge of the Property Owner Association and Condominium Owners Association including legal and financial aspects.
  • Track daily house counts and expected arrivals/departures as well as unit availability status for any given day.
  • Assist in maintaining all aspects of building maintenance affecting day-to-day operations including elevators heat water and life safety systems in club home units.
  • Participate in board and annual meetings. Assist other employees to ensure proper coverage and prompt resident and guest service (e.g. residential concierge door staff).
  • Follow all company policies and procedures ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional maintain confidentiality of proprietary information and protect company assets.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others support team to reach common goals and listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Speak with others using clear and professional language and answer telephones using appropriate etiquette.
  • Welcome and acknowledge all residents and guests according to company standards anticipate and address service needs assist individuals with disabilities and thank residents and guests with genuine appreciation.
  • Move lift carry push pull and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance. Perform other reasonable job duties as requested.

CANDIDATE PROFILE

Education and Experience

  • 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration Hotel and Restaurant Management or related major; 3 years experience in the guest services front desk housekeeping sales and marketing management operations or related professional area.
  • Preference for Russian speaker

  • Work hand in hand with the appointed Community Management Company (Strata) to ensure aligned and efficient community operations.
  • Operate in compliance with community rules by-laws and governance structures applicable to residential properties.
  • Deliver services with a resident-first mindset focused on long-term relationships rather than transient guest experiences.
  • Maintain the highest standards of confidentiality and discretion recognizing the private nature of residential living.
  • Adapt service delivery and operational decision-making to the specific needs of a residential environment distinct from hotel operations.
