- The Merchandiser has the responsibility to ensure the store and window product display is according to the companys visual merchandising collection directives.
- Keep irreprehensible display of garments in store according to the merchandising collection manual
- Instruct the sales team on the arrangement of goods and ensure the team is able to arrange the goods according to the merchandising rules;
- Ensure window execution map according to window change schedule;
- Purchase of all windows required materials according to the seasons window design;
- Execute new collection layouts and ensure timely implementation according to the launch schedule;
- Oversee sales campaign setups and ensure compliance with the sales execution plan;
- Manage logistics preparation and availability of all required display items.
- Expected to work evening/night shifts to oversee installations
- Collaborate with the Marketing and Retail teams to ensure brand image consistency across all stores.
- Provide regular feedback and photo reports to the Sales Manager.
- Conduct store visits and visual audits to assess compliance and identify improvement opportunities.
- Monitor competitor displays and market trends to propose creative merchandising ideas.
- Train and motivate in-store staff through visual standards and presentation techniques.
- Support store openings renovations and special events with effective display execution.
- Ensure visual merchandising materials and props are properly maintained and stored.
- Uphold brand identity by ensuring all visual elements reflect Sacoor Brothers premium image and storytelling

Requirements
- Bachelors degree in business administration Management or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience within Fashon Retail Industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate protocols business etiquette and cross-cultural communication.
- Solid knowledge of UAE business environment procedures and professional standards.
- Excellent command of English; additional languages (Arabic French or Portuguese) are an advantage.
- Strong sense of structure discretion and attention to detail.
- Adaptable and resourceful able to adjust quickly to changing priorities and environments.
- Skilled at managing multiple demands effectively and remaining calm under pressure.
- Clear and confident communicator both verbal and written.
- Demonstrates initiative and anticipates needs proactively.
- Maintains a high level of professionalism integrity and judgment in all interactions.
