About the Role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to support day-to-day operational activities across engineering and project environments. This role focuses on coordination process execution and operational efficiency to ensure projects and business operations run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
Operational Coordination & Support
Coordinate daily operational activities across projects and departments.
Support planning execution and monitoring of ongoing projects.
Ensure operational processes are followed in line with company standards.
Process Management & Efficiency
Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures and workflows.
Monitor timelines resources and task completion to improve efficiency.
Identify operational issues and support corrective actions.
Project & Site Support
Coordinate with project managers site teams and vendors.
Track project progress materials and resource requirements.
Support documentation and reporting related to project operations.
Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination
Liaise with suppliers subcontractors and service providers.
Support procurement logistics and service coordination activities.
Ensure smooth communication between internal and external stakeholders.
Reporting & Documentation
Prepare operational reports status updates and dashboards.
Maintain accurate records schedules and operational documents.
Support audits and compliance-related documentation when required.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering or related field.
25 years of experience in operations projects or contracting environments.
Experience in engineering or construction operations preferred.
Key Skills & Competencies
Strong organizational and coordination skills
Ability to manage multiple operational tasks simultaneously
Good communication and stakeholder management abilities
Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail
Proficiency in MS Office and operational reporting tools
