Job Summary
Dance Coach
We are seeking an experienced Dance Coach to join an elite fitness and health club in Dubai Sports City offering world-class facilities including Sauna Swimming Gyms Pilates Dance Gymnastics and more.
Qualifications and Skills
- Minimum 2 years teaching experience with children aged 3 to 17 years
Able to teach multiple dance styles including Technical Jazz Commercial and Acro (other
styles desirable) - Experience teaching Acro is desirable but not essential
- Professional qualification such as BTEC or Degree in Performing Arts/Dance preferred
- CPD training with IDTA ISTD or RAD is desirable
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality classes tailored to age and ability
- Conduct assessments/trial sessions to place students in correct classes
- Prepare end-of-term reports evaluating student progress
- Choreograph routines for exams competitions and showcases; liaise with parents regarding costumes and music
- Handle parent enquiries or grievances; escalate to Program Manager when needed
- Arrange make-up lessons for absent students
- Maintain accountability for class schedules and student attendance
Location: Dubai UAE
About the Role:
Sessions: 4 to 5 per day
Work schedule: 5 or 6 days per week (to be discussed during the interview)
Note: Accommodation not provided
Salary: 10000 AED/month
