Job Description

We are seeking a talented Interior Designer / Draftsman to join our team specializing in residential villa renovations and new-build projects. The ideal candidate will have strong skills in AutoCAD drafting joinery detailing and CGI/3D visualization with the ability to translate concepts into clear buildable drawings for site execution.

Job Responsibilities:

Produce detailed AutoCAD drawings including plans elevations sections RCPs and joinery/shop drawings.
Support concepts with CGI visuals using 3D software (SketchUp 3ds Max VRay/Corona or similar).
Develop layouts and material selections for residential interiors.
Coordinate with project and site teams to ensure drawings align with renovation requirements.
Prepare joinery details suitable for production and installation.

Key Qualifications:

Experience in interior fitout specifically villa projects.
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD and 3D visualization tools.
Ability to create accurate joinery/shop drawings.
Knowledge of residential renovation workflows and design detailing.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
