Job Summary
Ontime Group is seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist with a valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our multidisciplinary mental health this role you will provide a range of psychological services including assessment diagnosis and treatment for individuals dealing with various mental health issues.
Responsibilities
- Conduct psychological assessments and evaluations to formulate diagnoses and treatment plans
- Provide individual and group therapy using evidence-based interventions
- Monitor and evaluate client progress adjusting treatment plans as necessary
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive care
- Offer support and guidance to clients and their families regarding mental health strategies
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in accordance with legal and ethical standards
- Stay informed about advancements in psychology and mental health practices
Requirements
- Valid DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to practice as a Clinical Psychologist
- M.A./. in Clinical Psychology or a related field
- Proven experience in providing psychological services in a clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of psychological assessment tools and therapeutic techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to empathize and engage with clients of diverse backgrounds
- Strong ethical foundation and commitment to confidentiality
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends if needed
- Dedication to promoting mental health and well-being
