Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse Administrator to support daily warehouse operations by ensuring accurate inventory records timely documentation and smooth coordination with internal teams and suppliers. The role requires strong organizational skills ERP knowledge and the ability to manage multiple operational tasks efficiently.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare verify and process GRNs delivery notes transfer documents and operational reports

  • Maintain accurate stock records and update inventory data in the ERP system

  • Coordinate closely with showrooms logistics and delivery teams to ensure smooth operations

  • Support stock counts reconciliations and investigate variances

  • Ensure proper documentation filing and record management

  • Follow up on pending issues and handle daily warehouse administrative tasks

  • Liaise with suppliers to follow up on documentation and stock-related matters.


Key Performance Indicators (KPIs):

  • Inventory accuracy and ERP data integrity

  • Timely GRN posting and documentation closure

  • Accuracy and error rate in ERP transactions

  • Stock variance resolution turnaround time

  • On-time coordination with showrooms and delivery teams

  • Compliance with SOPs and reporting timelines



Requirements

  • Bachelors degree or Diploma in Logistics Supply Chain Business Administration or a related field

  • Minimum 23 years of experience in warehouse administration or inventory-related roles

  • Experience using ERP systems for inventory and documentation management

  • Strong knowledge of GRN processing stock control and warehouse documentation

  • Good communication and coordination skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and MS Office

  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and follow-up skills.
