Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Finance Executive specializing in Accounts Receivable to join our dynamic team in Dubai United Arab Emirates. As a key member of our finance department you will play a crucial role in managing our accounts receivable processes ensuring timely collections and maintaining accurate financial records.
- Manage and oversee the full cycle of accounts receivable operations
- Process and reconcile incoming payments in compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Generate and analyze accounts receivable reports identifying trends and discrepancies
- Perform billing collection and reporting activities according to specific deadlines
- Collaborate with the credit team to evaluate customer credit worthiness and establish appropriate credit limits
- Resolve payment discrepancies and handle customer queries professionally and efficiently
- Assist in month-end closing processes and preparation of financial statements
- Implement and maintain internal financial controls and procedures for accounts receivable
- Contribute to continuous improvement of accounts receivable processes and systems
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or related field
- Relevant experience in accounts receivable or similar finance role in hospitality industry
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
- Demonstrated time management and organizational skills
- Knowledge of UAE financial regulations and accounting standards
