Through our powerful brands and dynamic experiences we engage with the most influential audiences in fashion culture design and lifestyle.
We are currently looking for a passionate and driven Events Intern to join our team and gain invaluable hands-on experience in the planning and execution of luxury events and brand activations.
Requirements
Support the events team in the planning coordination and execution of high-end events and activations
Assist with venue research vendor communication and supplier coordination
Manage guest lists RSVP tracking and liaise with invitees
Help prepare event materials press kits gift bags and other on-site requirements
Provide on-site support including set-up registration and guest assistance
Collaborate with editorial design and marketing teams for pre- and post-event content
Assist in compiling post-event reports and media coverage recaps
Who You Are:
A motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for luxury media and live experiences
Studying or recently graduated in Events PR Marketing Communications or a related field
Highly organized with excellent communication and multitasking skills
Creative resourceful and thrives in a fast-paced environment
Confident with Microsoft Office; knowledge of social media and design tools is a plus
Based in Dubai and available to work flexible hours including evenings or weekends during events
