Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Foreman to join our team in Abu Dhabi United Arab Emirates. As a Foreman you will play a crucial role in overseeing and managing infrastructure maintenance projects ensuring they are completed safely efficiently and to the highest quality standards.
- Supervise and coordinate daily maintenance activities on-site
- Manage and motivate work crews to meet project deadlines and quality standards
- Interpret blueprints drawings and specifications to ensure accurate project execution
- Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe work environment
- Conduct regular quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
- Coordinate with project managers subcontractors and suppliers to ensure smooth project flow
- Troubleshoot and resolve on-site issues promptly and effectively
- Maintain accurate records of project progress labor hours and material usage
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations in Abu Dhabi
- Participate in project planning meetings and contribute to improving work processes
Qualifications :
- Bachelor degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Foreman or in a similar leadership role in the Infrastructure Maintenance industry
- Valid UAE Driving License
