Scope and Purpose:
- To support the Regional Head of Human Resources MEA in planning and administering policies related to all aspects of Human Resources Management.
- To provide support in all disciplines of HR function that include employee relations performance reviews benefits separations and recruitment.
Key Result Areas & Responsibilities:
- Leave Management
- Point of contact of employees on leave concerns
- Prepares HR letters on employee request
- Group Medical & Life Insurances
- Verification of inception & quarterly invoices
- In-charge of requests for addition of new employees and family members into the scheme and
- deletion at the time of termination of contracts
- Requests for Insurance certificates
- Support with the claims escalations
- Point of contact of employees on insurance coverage to general queries.
- Proper maintenance of HR & Personnel Files.
- Induction and Probation Review Meetings for New Joiners
- Prepares induction plans and arrange meetings between new joiners and the respective line manager
- Close monitoring and coordination with the department heads for the performance review of new joiners and issuance of service confirmation letters
- Support Performance Management process of GDAECT & GDSACT and support GDNGCT in the process
- Support the Head of Human Resources in developing and implementing HR & Administration policies procedures and workflows
- Other HR administrative support to include but not limited to:
- Recruitment
- Training and development activities team building social activities and other HR-organized events
- Preparation of Outstanding Performer Certificates Employee Joining Forms
- Exit Clearance Form for exiting employees
- Monthly Time Sheets for external employees
Skills Required:
- Proficient in MS Office applications
- Bachelors/Masters in Human Resource Management
- Proficiency in Business Writing skills.
